I am an asupernaturalist
An atheist is a person who believes there is no God or gods.
An asupernaturalist is a person who believes there is no supernatural realm separate from the natural.
I have never seen any reliable, provable evidence of anything supernatural – entities or things.
The supernatural entities and things that people believe do exist, are only part of their brain, so are really as natural as the brain is natural.
Being in the brain they disappear when the brain dies. But, during life they influence what the person believes, thinks, and does, so have real effects beyond the brain.
Similarly love, emotions, feelings, pain, pleasure, friendships, passions, beauty, sensations and so on. These are real and affect the real natural world.
Similarly remembering people that have died allows them to live on in the brain memory of the living. You may know of a someone that talks to a dead husband or dead wife especially when coping in difficult situations. This is a good thing – who else to talk to than the person they have the best memory of, and remembers the views of that person.
